SET 400



DIAMOND WIRE SAW SET 400 WITH HYDRAULIC MOTOR, ARTICULATED ARM, CENTRAL COLUMN, INCLINABLE DEVICE AND MATERIAL SUPPORT.

SET 400 is able to cut marble and stone up to 35 cm, and granite up to 25 cm. Thanks to this height of cut, Set 400 is particularly suitable for funeral sector, building, urban construction (such as curbs), interior and exterior design products and so on.

Set 400 is composed by diamond wire saw STM 400 with hydraulic motor, articulated arm, central column and material support.

It includes COPYING DEVICE FOR SABLONE and INCLINABLE DEVICE  that permits the machine to reach 45° inclination.

The machine is manual with hydraulic motor of variable speed. Recently MD DARIO has also introduced the new DEVICE FOR AUTOMATIC RADIAL CUT: a particular accessory applied to SET 400 which permits you to have a continuous cut of material by using special arc templates available in different rays.

SET 400 with Material Advance Support and Anti-fall device.
This special device is designed on purpose to support big and heavy pieces of marble which are difficult to move.
As the sawing machine proceeds, two steel bars operate automatically in order to support the work piece, avoiding its fall.
Furthermore this device has a mechanical system that allows you to move forward the piece from time to time, by placing it in the exact point of cut.

 This accessory permits you to have a continuous cut of material by using special arc templates available in different radius.

Through an hydraulic system, a pinion is put into gear with a rack-rail fixed on a template so that the saw can move forward automatically without operator’s lead.
 



Uses accessories

Inclinable device
Permits you to obtain a frontal inclination cut from 0° to 45°.		Device for cutting arches.
Is a special metal bar that allows to fix the saw to the column. This gives you the possibility to rotate manually the saw all around the work piece so that you can realize arches and circumferences moving the wore saw up to 360° (ideal for cutting table tops). 
The copying device for cutting sablone and arches. 
With a copying device is possible realize cuts following the edge of contours and arcs of any shape and circumference.
Additional column
It is possible to add one more column, ideal to fix the work piece on the two column and cut it on both sides without the need to move it. Suitable for arches and balustrades productions.
Footboard
It is possible to fix the column on the footboard, evading so to fix it on the floor.		Advance Support and Anti-fall device.
This special device is designed on purpose to support big and heavy pieces of marble which are difficult to move.
